Refunds on digital downloads
Because our PDF products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded and printed straight away, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.
That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your file won’t download, or something is wrong with it, please contact us within 14 days — we’ll make it right, usually by resending the file or fixing the problem.
Paperback books
Our paperback books are sold and shipped by Amazon. Returns, refunds, and shipping for paperbacks are handled by Amazon under their own policies.
