Bible Stick Figures turns stories from the Bible into short, simple stick-figure videos — clear, faithful, and easy for anyone to follow. No complicated language, just the story, told well.
Who we are
Bible Stick Figures is a family project. We’re Mark and Marliese — we believe in Jesus as our Savior, and we wanted our kids, and yours, to know these stories the way we do: not as old fables, but as things that really happened.
What we believe
We believe the Bible is God’s Word — true, reliable, and the final word on what it says. The stories on this site aren’t retold as legend or fable; we treat them as real events, because that’s how Scripture presents them.
We believe in one God, eternally existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man — born of a virgin, without sin, crucified for the sins of the world, and raised bodily from the dead. We believe salvation is a gift from God, received by faith in Jesus, not earned by anything we do.
Scripture quotations throughout the site are from the King James Version.
Why we make these
The Bible is full of incredible stories, but they can be hard to picture. Our goal is simple: bring them to life with friendly, easy-to-follow drawings so they stick with you — whether you grew up in church or are meeting these stories for the first time.
What you’ll find
We’ve retold the whole book of Genesis and are working through Exodus — from Creation and Noah’s Ark to Joseph, Baby Moses, the Ten Plagues, and the parting of the Red Sea. Alongside the videos you’ll find:
- Videos — every story, organized by book
- Bible Stories — plain-language read-along versions with the video, a short reflection, and answers to common questions
- Quizzes — quick 10-question Bible quizzes for everyone
- Shop — our Genesis coloring book and Prayer & Gratitude journals
Who it’s for
Anyone who wants to know the Bible’s stories better — on your own, with family, or in a class. Simple enough for kids, but written so grown-ups get just as much out of it.
